We love being in the state of wellness, don't we? And the journey towards more and more wellness is amazing and so much unique for each and every individual. All our journeys cross paths with each other and what do you think we should do when we come across some other's journey? Help them towards wellness ofcourse. Do you think other's wellness will take us away from our path to wellness? Think about it... Have you ever felt bad when you helped someone? Sometimes, yes. In that case, ask whether you felt bad when you were helping or due to events/thoughts after helping? I am sure it is after the event. Any guesses on why we feel bad after we have helped someone due to course of events/thoughts? There is only one reason: We left our path to wellness and started walking on theirs. We were supposed to help them and go on our own since our paths had crossed on the way, instead we helped them and started walking on their path... what can we expect to happen?
We need to be aware that it is our own individual journey, it is unique and we will meet others on the way. We need not walk their path. We can walk with them for some time, till our paths coincide, but then we need to choose our path when the paths separate.
We need to remember - we are on the journey to WELLNESS, any thought or any incident that feels otherwise, means we are moving away from Wellness. We need to learn to deliberately bring ourselves back to our own path. Being on our path to wellness will feel the best... the best form of happiness, the best form of peace, the best form of love. We need to find what makes us feel the best.
